I was "cash strapped", looking for help in early October, 2012. I arranged a "legitimate" loan with SIGMA SOLUTIONS. When I accessed my bank account info, I noticed an advance from "White Hills Cash in the amount of 345.00. I do not recall authorization electronically as they had indicated i did not qualify due to net income. On 10-24-12, they deposited 103.50 into my checking account which was overdrawn. This deposit was applied to my overdraft. I did not electronically authorization for these funds and now they are pressing me for payment, which I would make, in full if I had the ability as a means to put this humiliation behind me. I am incurring daily NSF fees, and am having extreme difficulty resolving this matter. I submit that through poor judgement I got into the situation to consider Pay Day Loans as a means to an end. I advise EVERYONE, stay away from them as they are not worth the headache!!
