I applied for their services in Oct. 2011. They guaranteed to help me reduce my debt. If they couldn't, then they will refund my $595.00..They called me on Oct. 24, 2012 and informed me they would be refunding my money with the next 30 to 60 days. I have called & called to find out where it is, all I get is we will be with you soon. I hung on phone for 70 minutes. Something is very wrong. Please help me get my money back. I am retired & don't have much money. Thank You
