2 reps(melanie &heidi 10159) misrepresented $250.00 free bonus worth of email catagory store if i agreed to pay $3.83 per wk. to purchase 5 magazines of my choice. upon first agreeing to sign up & then supplying Heidi w/my personal info & credit card info, she informed me the billing cycle,(originally stated to be for 60 mnths.) was to be compressed to 20 mnths. therefore increasing my monthly payment to $49.00 and change. Upon further thought i decided to withdraw from the offer, rep Heidi said she had submitted charge to my Visa card. after continuous back & forth with the rep, continuously refusing to void transaction, she said okay & then hung up. upon checking with Visa immediately after, that rep told me that a pending charge would be applied.
