An unauthorized charge showed up on my account for $49.95. At the suggestion of my bank, I called the vendor who answered the phone as "24/7 Support". I asked them who they were providing support for and they had to gather my information in order to tell me that. So it sounds like the 24/7 support folks are collecting funds for other fraudulent vendors as well. I requested that the charge be removed. They said it will be returned within 7-10 business days. I think it should be returned immediately but then they wouldn't have a chance to make interest off of it, now would they? Check out their website to confirm. As of this date, the website has junk text on it as if it isn't even real or ready for prime-time.

  • The same as above. My card company refused the charge and left me a message to call them as they had put a stop order on my card. It turns out the company that makes the charge is ULAAN CS and they told me that they do work for thousands of merchants. I asked for the company that put in the charge to them and the girl today said it was against policy to give that to me. What she didn't know was that I talked with a gentleman? yesterday and he told me the company is Lifestyledealsnow.com. My credit card company did find out that whomever stole my info was using my card to get on porn sites. I spoke with Lifestylesdealsnow.com (888-584-4210)and they had someone speak to me that knew how to work the system. My credit card has been cancelled and my bank is sending me out a new account that I will not use on-line. This charge was made on Tues. 10/30 and I did not get the message from the bank until yesterday. That is because I've been very ill and was an inpatient at Beverly Hospital, Beverly, MA (sorry no zip) but their phone number is 978-922-3000 if you need to verify my hospitalization. I'm sure I did do something wrong today, after the girl lied to me I kind of flipped out on her. I told her that this is not for the BBB, I'm going directly to the Attorney Generals office. I will be changing my email address later today or tomorrow so that I can notify the merchants I do business with. I'll let you folks know as well. Because of my medical condition, I cannot drive anymore so I have to do my shopping from home. Let me know if I handled this right so far, and if not give me suggestions. Thanks for your time. Sincerely, PAT T
