My ex-husband bought one of the touchscreen phones (over $100.) for our son in Tulsa, OK and he got in trouble in school, so for a few months, he did not have his phone. When I went to buy a $10. card to put on his phone, we were informed that the phone had been deactivated and was no good anymore. I bought a phone here in Arkansas and when I tried to activate it, I was not allowed to because it said we did not have service in our area...even though I bought it 10 miles down the road. When I called the technicians to find out how to get my money back for this scratched off card, I was insulted by one guy who said to me, "So, $10. make Christina holla?" and I was insulted by another one who told me that he needed to verify that what I told him about it not being available in my area was true. I will NEVER deal with Cricket EVER again!!! Anyway,my ex-husband was scammed out of the price of the phone, and I was scammed out of the price of a phone and a $10. phone card.
