Ordered 4 pair of Dansko for $49.00. The website say they will e-mail you the next day. They won't: they never e-mail you. They take the payment and then don't contact you in any way or give you shipping info. Nothing. I lodged a complaint with Paypal because I could tell something was very wrong here. Every other company on the planet sends a confirmation of your order and shipping info. Nothing happened here, except that they took money from me. That status remains the same.

Did you receive a small sponge in a padded envelope from China? That is what I received. I submitted a claim to PayPal and they said the seller had a shipping document. I have appealed the claim and am waiting for the outcome. I'm pretty sure I am out $104.97
