Like other people, I suffered similar problems with this company. When I received my tablets after 16 days, I phoned to cancel and received an MRA returns number. I sent them back, unused, but they still deducted money from my account. I wrote giving them 7 days to return my money. I then sent County Court summons for the return of my £66.95 + court costs of £25. I received the £66.95 withing 2 days of the summons. I then waited the 17 days and applied / received judgement against Natural Health for the outstanding £25 court costs. I then contaxcted the Sherrifs Office who would then transfer the debt to the High Court, which gives them power of entry etc. I sent a letter to Natural health giving them 7 days to return my money, otherwise I would proceed to high court. Today I received a cheque for £25 to clear the debt. It is inconvenient to take court action, but I will NOT let these people take me for a ride. They no it is illegal to take money from your bank account without your permission, so the law is not on their side, but usually we feel so guilty for allowing a scam of this nature, they get away with it, time & time again.
