I ordered a free trial after watching an advert with a channel 4 presenter vouching how great they are and stating you don't need to worry about them taking money out of your account like other companies so i went ahead and ordered feeling reassured.
But when the paperwork arrived it said payments will automatically be taken out if you don't cancel. I saw red panicked and rang the numbers which were all for the co-operative bank and nothing to do with mizulean or puracleanse. this is blatant fraudulent practices that needs to be stopped, i for one cannot afford £69.95x2 a month for these products and need to ensure these amounts are not taken from my account.
can anyone help please before it happens??

  • It is a con and they try to take monies after I cancelled, it was fortunate that my bank stopped the payment to them as a fraudulent payment. I called them on 02035149445 this take you through to the UK. Hope that helps might be worth asking you bank to cancel the bank card no they have and issue you with a new one, then they can't take anymore. good luck. Bernie

  • It is a complete con - I had no idea that I would be up for automatic payment until I received the 'trial bottle'. I am instructing my bank to cancel any requests for money and returning the goods to them immediately. Channel 4 - you should have warned us!

  • This msg is to niterider cant find your msg since signing up for this to comment on your post but If you had read the bottom of the page theres a box you can check if you agree to the rules and regulations of agreeing to buy this product where it clearly states that after 14 days it will take a $89.95 charge purchase fee for item and enrollement in the auto shopment program and if you'd like to cancel it you have to call a number within 14 days of purchasing to cancel otherwise every 30 days youll automatically be sent a bottle at a charge of $79.95. Maybe you should read all the fine print before you order something online. And if that $89.95 that they took from your account was all the money you had to buy christmas presents for your kids then maybe you shouldnt be wasting your money on diet pills when clearly your money is better spent somewhere else. HHMMM????
