I had called on 9/6 to cancel their service and I have notes that I had emailed them also. Since the email was not returned, I assume that they received it. Today I found that they charged me again on my 10/23 charge card bill. When I called them they said that if I did not receive an email from them acknowledging the cancellation, they did not receive it and I would need to email them again. I explained that the equipment I had used with them was incompatible with the wireless phone I had switched to on 9/5. There is no way I could use their service since then. No difference. I sent them an additional email over 4 hours ago and still do not have a reply. It is a small amount but if this is how they normally operate they are cheating a lot of people.
