contacted Finance Facility regarding a loan as I was turned down by my bank.They called on the2nd of this month and in conversation with adviser asked to provide bank details without explaining why(I thought its just to check that my application is genuine and didnt ask)to find out two weeks later that Im missing £69.95 from my account,my bank told the money was taken by Finance Facility. Phoned them up to ask for refund as I was never told that the money is going to be taken as I would never agree to it,the answer was that they dont mention that in conversation with clients and i was refused for refund. They claim as well tahat I was offered a loan by one of their lenders TFF and thats the reason they took the money for their services. I was never contacted by any lenders on their side or with that name,even when I said that they are still refusing to refund me.Wrote them an email the next day,explaining everything,the answer was still the same. When reviewing this company found more people tricked and scammed the same way I am . i really hope you are going to be able to get my money back from these scammers and fraudsters.
