I applied for a loan online. After being told I qualified I was then informed I did not qualify. I thought that was the end of it. Nope!!! They took $30 out of my account with out my permission and when I call they say they can not hear me or they can not understand me to call back later. The $30 they took out of my account added up fast when I was hit with 3 overdraft fees!
Update: 10/29/2012
In all it was 5 overdraft fees.... :( my bank has been great and refunded the majority of them and they have the paperwork ready to go if the company tries to push a check through again!
