Corrected complaint) I purchased on 10-23 a tablet pc for my daughter. My credit card history proves that a transaction of $74.53 was in fact approved and delivered to GB *UTGPAY BEIJING CNUS- I have yet to receive the tablet. I googled this GB *UTGPAY BEIJING CNUS only to find NOTHING on them. I am VERY upset with the fact that I have been emailing customer support and the ONLY response from all 3 complaints was "send us your transaction ID number" when I have clearly stated that my credit card history is the ONLY proof of the transaction, as well as the 69 points I supposedly received on the website for my purchase. The order tracking page on the site STATES that I HAVE NOT paid. This is so frustrating... please help!! I feel like I've been conned and I feel entitled to more than just a refund. These people are professional con artists - this company should be sued!!

- I feel that I am entitled to more than just a refund of $74.53, I would appreciate if the company feels the same, because I have basically been conned of my money. This website seems to condone Internet Fraud and I feel that if the company does not offer some kind of settlement for my distress over the matter- I will on behalf of ALL they have conned- take legal action. I have already hired a lawyer in the matter.
