Well they had a starter kit for $89.95 and I bought 1 and I for but they had special and bought 2 extra pack of filters.They say a battery last thru 2 filter and you get 400 puffs per filter.When I received my order.1 filter lasted about 50 hits and liquid came out of end of filter and then battery went dead.Each pack of filters had 5 filter in them.I went thru 3 pks in about 15 days.I called them and complained and they sent replacements and I bought another battery and they sent me another also.I thought maybe I had a bad batch.I called them at least 3 time.The last time a man told me he would get I a day or two.He didn't call so I called and I told this girl about it.Shed said because my 30 day trial would be extended.They guy 2 days after my 30 day trial because the filters they sent did the same.I told him I lived in Alaska thinking maybe because they might of froze the time and he said he would before he called me back.So when he called my 30 days were up and all he could do was send one more pack and my 30 days were up and I couldn't get my money back.So I called back and another person said they would only refund 25% of my money and I told hi. I called 3 time and was waiting on the other person Kevin and they could send one more pack of filters because they had sent 3 packs before.I told him that wasn't fair because nothing that bought didn't do what they said then he said they would refund 50% of my money and 1 more pack.They are a ripoff because each filter lasted only about 50 hits not 400 and leaked bad from the filter and the battery's only last about 40 hits not two filters.They waited until 30 days were up and the Holly told me after I complained the 30 were extended.So nothing was what said it was.400 hit were only 40-50 hits the battery's lasted less than that.I fill they didn't stand behind their product and lied to me no money back guarantee.1 pk. of filter were to last a month and didn't last a week.The batteries didn't last thru 2 filters.So they do not stand behind nothing.Funny the same person was given me 25% then 50%.What a ripoff.Don't waste your money on Regal cigarettes.It was a starter kit and they made me wait after 30 days to get back to me.And Holly lied saying because Kevin was suppose to get back to me.The kid Shawn said I should of ask for a refund the 1st time.I wanted their product and thought they stood behind their word.They didn't the product isn't what they say it is.DONT BUY REGAL CIGS.I very disappointed because I believe them liars.
