ON 9/24/2012 ORDERED CUSTOM MADE CAKE FOR BRIDAL SHOWER FOR 10/13/2012. CALLED ON 10/10/2012 TO CONFIRM TIME OF DELIVERY OF CAKE NO ANSWER LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES. FINALLY 10/11/2012 RECEIVED CALL BACK SAYING SHE IS VERY BUSY AND TO PAY BALANCE OF CAKE WITH CREDIT CARD OVER PHONE. I TOLD HER I WILL STOP BY BAKERY SHOP SHE INSISTED NOT TO SO I TOLD HER I WILL CALL BACK. I DROVE OVER TO HER SHOP IT WAS CLOSED DOWN BY IRS AND POLICE DEPT. BACK TAXES. I CALLED HER SHE SAID DONT WORRY ABOUT IT SHE WILL BAKE IT SOMEPLACE ELSE I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK. SHE SAID NO. SHE IS GOING INTO EARLY RETIREMENT. NO CAKE NO MONEY BACK. VERY NASTY.
