I purchased their software believing their "30 Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee" posted in big letters on their website (www.cell-watch.com). The guarantee stated, in part, that I could get a refund "for any reason". Shortly after I purchased and downloaded the software, I had second thoughts about going through with it. So I emailed them via the only contact method I could find and asked for a refund. I received no response. I emailed again, then I submitted a request through their online method, then again through email, and again and again. I received no response of any kind for an entire week. It took about 30 seconds for them to charge my account but after a week of trying to contact them through every way I could find, I still have not receive any response from them whatsoever. I am now going to submit a claim to the FBI and every other government agency and consumer agency I can find about this fraudulent company.
