Gardenview Financial Called me on 10/24/12 and said that I was approved for a $7000.00 loan And I would have to make a security Deposit of $885.00 Because my credit was bad and this was ther security incase I defaulted on the loan.He faxed me a contract, I signed all dcouments and faxed them back to him.He told me I could not make deposit with my checking Account that I would have to do it with a green dot moneypac card at any wal-mart location.he also had me to fax a voided check so he could deposit the $7000.00 into my checking acct.I went to wal-mart to a moneypac location ask the employee if I would be able to track where the money went she told me I would be able to track the transaction and where the money went if it was a scam.so I called gardenview back and gave them the number off of the back of the card.He told me I should see $7000.00 in my acct.in about 3 hours I ask him for a comfirmation number #RT006197284 he gave me the comfirmation number and told me to hold the line.when he cam back to the line his phone was cutting out I then realized that he was on a cell phone I hung up and called Green pac and told them to put a freeze on the card the lady at green pac said she could not stop any transactions on the card. I have not seen the $7000.00 in my acct. this is a scam and I need my money back.
