The autioneer,gave the price of twenty seven hundred dollars for a car ,seven hundred was paid up front as ask. The owner make a verbal agreement with witnesses, that only two thousand was left owed plus aution fee of one hundred dollars. When it was time to get the car they ask for twenty seven more hundred dollars, and refused to give the seven-hundred dollars back.
