Letter states that I have been guaranteed full eligibility to over $2,186,311.00 in cash and prizes by third party sponsers. To finalize thetransaction I am required to remit $20.00. To me this is a scam and some older people like myself would and have bitten on the offer ( I did not). There should be a stop to this deceitful practice. Thank you for your time and interest.
