Three months of unauthorized charges of $9.99 for an unauthorized subscription to my husband's cell phone line. T-mobile representative noticed it on my account when I went in person to pay my bill. I didn't catch it on previous bills because I didn't review/pay the bills...husband paid them without checking. Bottom line...check your cell phone bills monthly. T-Mobile couldn't refund July and August charges. They did block future 3rd parties from scamming us in the future. I blocked my home phone too. I called the 3rd party and requested refund. "Rory" from the "SMS Help Desk" put in a message for someone to call me. Cancelled the unauthorized subscription. No timeframe given on the return call. I say let's file a class action suit.

  • Have they called you back or did you receive a refund check? I called today and they said they would send me a refund check in 3-5 days.
