i applied for a payday loan online. MBS contacted me and said i was approved for a $200 loan. they said once i gave them all my information such as ss# account number, routing number, address, work name and pay dates that i would receive the loan within the next 24 hours or 3 days depending on my bank. immediately they tried to remove $200 dollars out of my account. being that i only had 1cent in the account thankfully. they were able to get a dime although they caused me an overdraft fee of $35. since this has happened ive been unable to reach anyone by phone. only by text on the website which i believe is bogus since i can delete any of my information.

  • Yes, I applied for a loan September 1st. I did not want to deal with this company. I spoke to a representative over the phone, and I told them I did not want the $200 loan. They said if no one verified over the phone with your income etc. then it will not go into your account. You are good. The next day. the money was in my account. I have been emailing these people daily telling them i do not want the money and i closed my account so that they do not withdraw anything from my account. I threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Something I will do, because this is not fair to me or my family. Think twice before you deal with MBSLoans.com they are not a company you should deal with.

  • After I said i will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, then I got a message saying that a CS Manager will be contacting me. I am still going to go through with reporting them. I do not feel i should be paying a fee for something that i did not want to begin with.
