On 22/10/2012, i used money bookers to pay for my purchase of 300m for runescape for 144.05 USD off a site named Runescape Walmart, i went online live chat to claim my purchased items, they asked me for a receipt from money bookers, which i did not have at the time so i requested a receipt via money bookers, they said they cant issuse a receipt but show them this email which will confirm the purchase, after sending an email to Okaygoods they said this is not right," we need to see the receipt", even tho money bookers ask me to show okaygoods the mail they sent me, it was not enough, so i requested for a refund, but they said "manager is not here" so i can back the next day to request for another refund, they said the same thing, after couple more days of trying, still the same old line..."manager is not here"
I have even a screenshot of the transaction that i made on money bookers of 144.05USD and was sent to Runescape walmart,
