I made a purchase in this website www.pandorajoyasespana.com thinking that this website was from a store located in Spain. The website means Jewls from Spain, and it is even in Spanish/English. The website sells "Pandora" charms. However, when I got the products they came in a parcel sent from Hong Kong without an invoice and no company name or address. I know the company name from the charge in my credit card. The products that I received are not even close to resemble the Pandora charms. These charms are poorly made and the quality is even worse. I immediately contacted them through the website but since then I've been given the run-around and they refuse to give me an address or name of the person who I need to contact in order to return these products. According to their website, customers have 7 days to return merchandise for a full refund if not satisfy with products. I even send them pictures of the products explaining the reason why I want to return them but I keep receiving emails from different individuals offering to give me $10 as compensation for my trouble and to keep the charms. This is getting me so upset, how dare they think that $10 is going to make things better. I have tried to get someone to help me find out who these people are but so far I do not know where to start. However, I need to do the impossible to make sure these people do not get away with scamming others. These people use pictures from the real Pandora charms to make customers believe that what they see on the website is what they will get to see in person. These people should be put out of business and learn that scamming people out of their money is illegal in the USA.
