While I was signing up for their web hosting service, I was constantly being prompted to sign up for additional services. So I signed up for a traffic package as well that cost $197. It was stated on their online application form that they had a 30 day money back guarantee. When I wanted to cancel my account within 30 days, they told me that the traffic package was not refundable. It was not stated anywhere on their online application form that these additional services that they kept pushing the customer to buy were non-refundable. It was only clearly stated that they had a 30 day money back guarantee. What's more, the traffic package failed to deliver its claims. It said it had delivered 5000 users to my website, when according to Google Analytics, only 1558 users visited my site.

Hello, I apologize for any misunderstanding or communication with our policies and procedures. First, please let me clarify how traffic packages work. We do indeed send your specified amount of visitors to your site, however, this is not done all at once, this will span over a set amount of time depending on the length of your package. Since yours was for 5000 visitors it may have taken about 2 months or a little longer to reach this number(depending on how you set up your package).
In regards to our refund policy for any upgrades or traffic packages this is clearly stated in our Terms of Service that requires your agreement before signing up for any of our services.

I set up the traffic package to deliver the 5000 visitors within 1 month. As you can see in the screenshot I provided, the stats from your website says I have received 5000 visitors, whereas Google Analytics says I have received only 1525 unique visitors. Furthermore, it was never mentioned anywhere in the application process that the visitors would only be from non-US locations, which could affect the website's profitability. These are cause for refund themselves.
And then you print it clearly on your application form that you have a 30 day money back guarantee and do not show anything to indicate that this excludes the additional services that you push so hard to the customer to buy - I think you are trying to deceive people and make a hefty profit even if they cancel and request a refund of the basic web hosting service.
Looks like deception is how you run your business. -
