i applied online to receive my diploma i had taken the test and received a phone call to pay $298 i didn't have it at the time so i asked to be called next week when i did receive a call the phone went dead and hung up on the guy. when i checked my voicemail their was a rude guy by the name of (ken) who had left a rude message telling me he see how dumb i was and why i didn't receive my diploma and that he was going to put a block on my account and their for i wasn't going to be able to get a diploma (ANYWHERE)and then said good luck with graduating & etc how rude. is it really that serious all that because i didn't pay you the $248

- THE MESSAGE I SAVED ON MY VOICEMAIL TELLS IT ALL. HE WAS USING RACIAL SLURS, AND ETC.. AND THEN LEFT A RUDE MESSAGE SAYING BASICALLY HOW DUMB I AM AND ETC I AM GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION
