I recieved a phone call stating they were Microsoft and they knew we were using microsoft. They wanted to check my computer for viruses and hackers, stating they would show me the virus and hasker threats in my computer system. A person then asked me to press the letter "r" and windows button, a box appeared indicating I had viruses and hackers on my computer. I then was introduced
to man that stated he would have a support representative clean up my computer system, and that I must purchase a two or three year support service (security). I so foolishly agreed to purchase a two year support service. I then became a little skeptic that this could be a scam, but he reasurred me it was not a scam, he gave me a number to call and said he would answer it if and when I need help. I purchased the two year plan for $189.00 (of which so stupidly used my bank visa card) and he emailed the invoice to me.

I was then introduced to a man by the name of Michael Clark, a technition who had controll of my mouse and started to clean my computers system. I don't know all the information/memory he eliminated from my compter but it took over 5 hours to complete the cleaning and I was getting worried that this was a scam I letting myself get into.

The next day some corporation called to ask if I knew any thing about the company that I purchased from ,I said microsoft. She said ok as long as you know. I got a little concerned and called my credit union told them to story they gave me a number to call. I called the number and they said they couldn't help me get my money back.

I changed my card number so they could not take any more money from my account. I won't do any more online banking until I am for sure my computer is clear from these Hackers.
