Cannot stop receiving their junk mail at my mothers home. She has deminta and the offers claim she has won millions of dollars. She keeps sending them money. I have signed her up on the opt out junk mail and sent them a letter to stop sending. They have no phone number, what can I do to stop them from marketing her?
