I took a loan of $350. in Oct of 2012. White Hills 1st payment into my payday loan was $400 dollars and the pay-off would be $130.00. Where in the hell did they get that number. I told them that I wanted to close the account and they indicated that my balance would be $130. Is there a way I can stop them from taking cash out of my account?
