I purchased 9 windows including installation and wrapping in white sheet metal. I was charged for 10 windows, got an unsatisfactory trim installation in kitchen and was offered a non typical roof for the bay window. One of the windows/screen installed was damaged in shipping. I have been offered reimbursement for the least expensive window over charged and about a third of the cost of finishing the bay window roof installation. Not Happy!
