I was applying for a payday loan on line i was told i was approved for the loan and a loan officer would be giving me a call to give me my conformation number to access my account? when i did receive a call from this company i was told to give(verify) my information i used when applying for the loan when i confirmed the information with the agent(person on the phone)i wasn't told i was going to be charged a fee of $99.49? I later received a bank statement that said my account was overdrawn and i was charged twice($99.49&$99.95)on the same day for some membership i didn't want nor knew what it was? i don't want there membership i just want a payday loan they need to put my money back into my account,i have learned to make sure i write down what sites I go on and write down everything when i am applying for anything online!! It is sad when a company advertises a service and rips you the customer off to gain a profit?! Put my money back in my account and pay for the overdraft fees and stop false advertising?
