My family and I have booked flights from Perth to Los Angeles for Christmas to visit my family. We have had the tickets booked for about a month or two now, when Flight Centre Australia (Northbridge) emails me to tell me the departing fight we have has now been cancelled and the only other alternative is to travel 3 days earlier. This is extremley hard having two children, two full time jobs, car rentals, hotel rental and domestic flights already booked in the States. They have spoken to Southern China Airlines (who havent answered the phone in 2 days) and have given us no options. So all the depsoits we had we have lost and now we have to either leave three days earlier or not all all. I have been flying internationally for years and have never in my life been treated this way. The money we spent on these tickets will take us years to pay back. I will never fly Southern China Air or EVER use Flight Centre Australia again! Beware!!!!!
