I purchased many DVD's in August 2012 - placed a total of 3 full orders. I only received 1 complete order out of the 3. The 1st shipment arrived fairly on time, but I haven't received the 2nd and 3rd full orders. I purchased the 2nd and 3rd orders around the 25th August and haven't received them. I was informed via email that shipment will take between 3-6 weeks. It's now October and I still haven't received the remainder DVD's. The DVD's I've received were of extremely poor quality - visual quality was distored and pixellated and audio quality was always on the left side of the speaker. T.v sitcom episodes were missing and included were commercials and t.v advertisements.

I sent a few emails requesting a total refund and explaining my unsatisfactory heartfelts on the DVD's I've received. I requested a refund on remaining DVD's which I didn't receive and my emails kept on being ignored and not replied to. I explained to them the terms and conditions they advertise "100% unsatisfactory refund guarantee" and they kept on ignoring my refund request and emails. I spent so much money purchasing DVD's from Kangaroodvd.com, solely on their advertisement that DVD quality is digitally remastered, uncut, unedited and without commercials/advertisements.

The DVD'S I received had commercials, advertisements and were of extremely poor visual and audio quality.

All I want from this company is to get a total refund on remaining DVD's that haven't been shipped out to me. They haven't even replied to any of my emails explaining why shipment is perhaps late or if they had problems with the processing of the DVD's. They totally ignored me and insulted my intelligence.

NEVER BUY DVD's FROM KANGAROODVD.COM

I want justice.....to be refunded and to also receive an apology from them as I don't tolerate rude and disrespectful behaviour/unprofessional customer service.

This company shouldn't even be selling DVD's as they lack the proper customer service and skill.

I will like to be refunded by Kangaroodvd.com a total refund of AUD1396.92 for not shipping/delivering remainder DVD's out to me. I would appreciate fair play and their co-operation in granting me my refund. Thank you.
