On September 22, 2012 I called to cancel my monthly order of Levela. I was told that the product was on "special" beginning that day for 50% off. Vic said that he could let me continue getting the product monthly at the special price of $44.98. Since I knew it was time for a new shipment, I specifically asked if I would get the special price for the order that was ready to be sent and he said yes. Well, that didn't happen. A few days later, I received the product and checked my bank account to find that the charge of $89.95 had been applied to my account two days after I talked to Vic.
