I got a mail from a friend with a link on Home Based Business. I tried the link and it happened to be "TRAFFIC MASTERS PROGRAM". I opened the site and I was asked to fill a form with a portion for the details of my MASTERCARD. They said they wont charge me MASTERCARD but just to ascertain if I am going to be capable of settling my bills if I start ordering from them.

To my amazement, I got a mail from them on October 22, 2012, sending me a receipt that I have purchased TRAFFIC MASTERS PROGRAM" from them and they have debited the sum of USD 99.60 into my "MASTERCARD account.

I had to quickly send a mail back to them that I never requested nor ordered for anything from them and that I am not interested in their program. Therefore, they should refund my money immediately.

Below is what ensued between me and the company:

Abby,

You will have to breach your company policy and security protocol because of me. I am a NIGERIAN and I live in Lagos. I have been trying severally to call your Customer Support Department's number 888-702-7560 you gave me in your mail below but the number wasn't going through. No policy or security protocol will be faulted. All you need to do is to return the deducted amount $99 back into my master card where you took it. Failure to do this, I might be forced to tag your company as FRAUD and your program as SCAM.

Don't DEBIT my MASTERCARD account and if you had ( which I believe you are yet to), please refund my money.

I am telling you recurrently that I AM NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR PROGRAM .

Don't DEBIT my account and if u have, please refund it immediately. This is a serious issue, carry your bosses along for immediate action.

Kindly cancel this purchase as I have not ordered for anything like TRAFFIC MASTERS PROGRAM. IT MUST HAVE BEEN A MISTAKE.
My MASTERCARD must not be debited. I can not phantom the time I ordered for this product. PLEASE CANCEL THE ORDER.
