Berisupreme withdrew £86.01 out of my bank account after I had ordered a free trial from them. I contacted Berisupreme who stated that the terms and conditions explain "at the end of your trial period you will be billed the discounted price of £87. To ensure you do not run out of Beri Supreme and continue getting improved results, you'll receive a new 30-day supply every month at the same discounted price. If for any reason you decide the product is not for you, cancel anytime by calling Customer Care at 0 800 148 8310 UK. No risk, no obligation, cancel any time!"
Berisupreme promised a refund to my account, both by phone and e-mail confirmation on the 8th of October, allowing for 4 to 5 working days for the transaction to come through.
I am still waiting, I have sent many e-mails and tried calling the company...no reply of any sort!
