These people are nothing but common criminals. After promising me that I was fully qualified for a HAMP modification and assuring me the process would only take 90 days, and robbing me of $3580.00 I have nothing to show but a sale date on my house in less than 2 weeks. They will tell you to not contact your lender because you might say something to hurt your case, they will tell you to withhold payments to your lender in order to better qualify for a modification. They prey on people's fears and they do nothing but lie, cheat and steal. My lender told me that they did not submit the proper paperwork, not did they return calls in a timely manner or at all in most instances. I will not let this company get away with this! You will never deal with a lawyer if you contact this company, all you will deal with is a bunch of stupid women in customer service positions that have no legal experience at all.

The final straw was when I received my letter for a sale date on my home, I called MLG, commonly referred to as the SCUM BAGS, and spoke to a so called "supervisor" who told me my attorney would call me. Well more than 48 + hours passed and no one had called me. I called again, after getting voice mail about 50 times I finally reached the supervisor, Barbara posse, or something like that, and demanded to get the contact info for the attorney representing me, her response was that she had no clue who the attorney was, I asked why that info was not in my file and she could not give me an answer.

IF YOU ARE PAYING THESE PEOPLE, STOP THE PAYMENTS, YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO STOP PAYMENT IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE SERVICES FOR THOSE PAYMENTS.

PLEASE LET'S STOP THESE SCUM BAGS. PASS THIS ON, DON'T BE A VICTIM, WE CAN PUT THESE SCUM BAGS OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!

YOU MUST CONTACT THE ILLINOIS ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THESE CROOKS. THAT IS THE ONLY WAY THAT THEY CAN BE STOPPED FROM STEALING FROM ANY OTHER DESPERATE HOMEOWNERS SEEKING HELP IN THIS HOUSING CRISIS.

FILE A COMPLAINT!!!!

ALSO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE ATTORNEY IN YOUR CASE, CHANCES ARE THAT HE IS NOT LICENSED IN YOUR STATE AND THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW. FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BAR ASSOCIATION OF YOUR STATE. IT'S EASY TO DO AND MOST STATES LET YOU FILE ONLINE.

FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN YOUR CITY ALSO, ALL OF THESE ACTIONS COMBINED WILL PUT THESE CROOKS OUT OF BUSINESS. WE ARE THE VICTIMS IN THIS, FIGHT BACK!!!!!!!!

IT'S TIME FOR ACTION, STAND UP AND FIGHT AGAINST THESE CON ARTISTS.
