Loan officer Brian Murphy sends loan docs which I fill out and return to recieve funding for my loan. Brian informs me that I either need the insurance or cosigner. not having a cosigner I pay $700 for insurance and loan on green dot card. Which i should have known was suspect because what business doesnt take visa or mastercard in 2012!. I fund the insurance policy and Brian informs that I should recieve my loan within 48 hours. 72 hours later I call Brian and he claims after further review that my loan was placed on hold due to red flags on credit report?!? therefore i asked for a refund which he told me would take 7-10 days to recieve by check!. At this point he says i have the option to still get loan if I get the higher insurance which would mean I would have to send in an additional $500. Fool me once Mr Murphy but you will not fool me twice. I insisted on my refund which Brian claims he is processing.
