I ordered a small skin cream package, for my wife, online and used my credit card to pay shipping costs only. The package finally arrived today 10/09/12 and I notice that there is a charge on my credit card dated 10/09/12 for an additional $80.34. When I tried to call customer service the operator told me the number is no longer in service - i am unable to contact them to try to cancel this nightmare. In calling my TD Visa customer service , they tell me they can do nothing to help. They called the company and put me through to them somehow and when I tried to cancel the order they said my wife would have to call them. I believe it is a big scam. William Gillies
