i had a money taken out of my account and i requested a refund on or about the 27th of september. During this time i had to close out my bank account. i never got my refund i called money leaf the person i called said there was nothing they could do it would be refunded to my account i was told they would not be able to mail a refund check to me or take a different bank account to re-deposit my refund. i also tried emailing them they said the refunded was credited back to mu account. How can they doe this my old account was closed. Any one have any suggestions on what my next step should be? thanks
