Untrustworthy, and totally a scam! I've talked to Paypay over the phone and filed a fraud dispute and took screen shots of him messaging me TWENTY seconds after the complaint was filed. ( BUT IGNORING ME FOR 24 HOURS PRIOR)
They told me to close my dispute *** NEVER DO THAT FOR IT CANNOT BE REOPENED *** I spoke to the specialist on pay pal.. Keep disputes open so this clown burns for fraud
