My landlady had a similar experience as the previous complaints, She called her credit card company to put them aware of this scam/fraud and was given the phone number to this company which is 1-888-551-9960. Upon calling she was prompted to keep using the cream for another week with the promise of a 25% credit return , when she insisted she wanted a full return and was sending back the product , she was then prompted yet again to continue using it still for another week this time with a 40% credit return, yet again she insisted she wanted the full return and was sending back the product which then she was put on hold, when the operator came back he made her aware that supposedly on the site itself is a terms and agreement in which once you order the free sample you may be sent more products once a month and billed, also "they" are covered by a 30 day money back offer (which means legally they're covering they're own a$$e$) so now once she sends back the 2 products that they sent her, the first one Sept 21 and the second one which came today October 22 that she will be credited back the money they took from her credit account 5 business days after the product arrives at they're warehouse. Credit Card holders take caution when ordering the "free" sample from this site.
