On Friday 19/10/12, I made an inquiry on line for a loan. The company that said they had my loan was BM LoanPal or just LoanPal. They said the loan was ready all I had to do was send my debit card details and it would not be taken out for 45 days but they took it out immediately which put me over my overdraft. I telephoned my bank Santander to advise them about this, and was told it was pending so I asked them to cancel it or stop but was told they could not. So I am out of pocket and I do not have the loan as it was never there. Please help me get my money back, I have telephoned LoanPal several times and sent emails but no reply. All I get is recording telling me I have to write in. These people just scam vulnerable people and have to be stopped. I am a pensioner.
