I ordered the free samples for the 15 day free trial offer and paid for shipping and handling and then just about a week later my account was debited $158 without my consent and I have never received another shipment for those charges which is what I expected to follow. I am going to have to cancel my debit card with the bank and order a new one. What can I do about the money I was charged for the product I have never recieved?
