I actually got a phone call on Aug 9, 2012 telling me my internet security was not working and they offered me a lifetime protection. Several other calls came in at different times and dates but "Alex Murphy" had told me not to speak to anyone else. Then on Sept 10, 2012 I got a call from Vishal Singh (Sandy) telling me he was going to return my money cause I was overcharged. I noticed on sept 21 that money was not being returned but taken out of my accounts. On that day I reported it to my bank
