I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER SINCE 2009, BUT CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT AS OF TODAY. I CASHED OUT JULY 27TH AND WAS TOLD MY CHECK WAS MAILED OUT SEPTEMBER 1ST. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM AT LEAST THREE TIMES ABOUT MY CHECK NOT BEING RECEIVED. THE LAST TICKET I SENT THEM ON OCTOBER 8TH WAS NOT RESPONDED TO. THEY NEVER SENT IT AND I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO.
