I ordered a set of Walkfit insoles and was sent a trial bottle of this Joint support. The order was paid in full. Today I check my accound and I am being charged $44.85 for additional joint support tablets that I do not want. I called the company and was asked if I took the original tablets and if I felt any difference to which I responded yes I did take the tablets but felt no differnt and I do not want this product. The CRS responded that I have to take the product for about 3mths before I see/feel a difference to which I responded again I do not want this product and I need the shipment cancelled. He responded that he could not because it had already shipped and if I return it I would have to pay the shipping charges to do so. This is complete rip off.
