WANTED $5000.00 TO PAY 1% OF PRIZE / WHEN I SAID I DIDNT HAVE IT ON HAND HE RECCOMENDED I SEND 500.00 THE OTHER 4500.00 DUE WHEN I REC. MY PRISE.
