recieved a text message stating that I had won a contest that I never entered for a 1000 Best Buy gift certificate. the winning code was 6207 and the text stated I had 24 hrs to go to website BestBuyRaffle.com The phone number was 7 146 166 6154 Hello? That's not a US number. I did not call I did not go to the web site. I googled the web site and found many complaints here on scambook.com instead.
