Je suis âgée de 81 ans, je n'ai jamais signé une autorisation pour ce prélèvement qui à été fait sur une carte VISA en belgique que je n'utilise pas en france , je n'ai pas fait attention, mais voulant fermer cette carte j'ai demandé des explications à la banque ? Il a été fait un 1er prélèvement de 1 euros en date du 28/11/2011 et depuis cette date on me prélève 39,90euros tous les mois ce qui fait 12 mois à 39,90 au total 478,80 euros que me réclame la banque je n'ai que ma retraite aidez moi S V PL Merçi d'avance . J'ai regardé cette société il préconise le remboursement c'est une société de rencontre en Espagne Vous imaginez à mon âge ??????Qu dois je faire ????
