I applied for a checking account with usbank online they approved me took five hundred dollars off my debit card and immediatly after the five hundred dollars dissapeared from my other account usbank sent me an email stating that they would review my application and someone would contact me in a couple days. on october ninth three days later they called me and said I would have to send them a copy of my drivers licence before they could open a account for me. I immediatly demanded the money back that they took off my debit card and told them they had no right to take money of mine and hold it for their convieniance. they said I would get my money back in two working days. its now been nine days with no word from them or any money going back into my account. so usbank.com has stolen five hundred from me its a felony and I want justice!
