We were contacted by phone by a young lady called Robyn and over a week later we were sent a brochure from I-Share (Level 23/127 Creek Street Brisbane Qld 4000 - Corporate Executive Offices - Phone 1300 364 632 - [email protected] - ACN 156 265 860) asking us to join and pay a $1000.00 "investment" which they would turn into a profit of about $40,000.00 in one year. This was a supposed
"betting" program focussed on horse racing. It sounded like a scam so we looked the orgnisation up on Google and found out it has apparently some history under another name (Oracle). There are no damages as we did not take up the invitation but decided to lodge this information when we discovered it was most likely a scam.
